The Return of my "Baby
Lindy" Vanishing Birdcage
This is the cage that has been
kept a pro's secret for several years (almost 30!). I first began
making my Baby Lindy cages in the middle 1980's. Production halted
around 1990 when I became busy with other projects. My cage is
constructed by the same techniques used by Lindhorst, Sims, Yimka,
National Magic, and other makers of the past. Production of these
cages is extremely limited and they are currently only available
to select magicians in the USA.
The Baby Lindy Cage is made of aircraft grade aluminum
alloy with brass bars as shown below.
Also shown are the size differences
between my Baby Lindy and a full size Lindhorst style cage.
Triplets!!!
This is the normal
holding position of the cage before the vanish.

Options ...
This
is an optional holdout type pull with my special clip.
Another option ...
A new gimmick which allows a
spectator to hold a covered birdcage right up until the vanish.
I will be making this in two sizes 1) Baby Lindy and 2) standard
full sized Lindhorst (this will work with original Lindhorst,
National Magic, Yimka, Simms, Owen, etc. cages).
And still another option ...
Beginning in April, 2013 I will
be making a few full sized Lindhorst style cages and a small number
of deluxe Baby Lindy Cages with stainless steel bars.
